Dr Alexis Youn, DDS
Dr. Youn is a Midwest transplant having grown up in New Jersey. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where she majored in Psychology and Women and Gender Studies. Dr. Youn received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, where she served as treasurer of the American Association of Women Dentists and worked in the emergency dental clinic.
Following graduation, Dr. Youn completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program at the University of Michigan, where she received postdoctoral training in implants and computerized same day dentistry.
Dr. Youn is an active member of the dental community and engages in further education and training through the American College of Maxillofacial Implantology and Invisalign courses. In addition to her residency, Dr. Youn has received advanced training in CEREC, Invisalign, Nobel Biocare Implants, and the Dawson Academy. Dr. Youn is passionate about general dentistry and providing compassionate, responsible care for families and children.
In her spare time, Dr. Youn enjoys exploring the Chicago dining scene and taking names in boxing class.
